Everyday life at Grandma’s Place
Personal help, in the comfort of a real home.
Support is shaped around each resident’s needs. Familiar faces, shared meals, and everyday activities make room for connection as well as care. Families are welcome to visit, meet the team, and see how the home feels before making a decision.
Help with the little things
Caregivers help with hygiene, grooming, dressing, mobility, and the tasks that can become difficult to manage alone.
Food made at home
We prepare home-cooked meals each day, with attention to dietary needs and personal preferences.
Time together
Conversation, games, light exercise, outdoor time, and shared meals are part of daily life at Grandma’s Place.
Day and night support
Support includes safety check-ins, bedtime routines, medication monitoring, and oxygen support when needed.
Dementia and Alzheimer’s
Care shaped around the person.
Grandma’s Place accepts residents with dementia or Alzheimer’s diagnoses when their needs are a good fit for the home. A general health assessment helps us understand each person’s condition and support needs before admission. We tailor the care plan to the individual.
If your loved one is living with memory changes, contact us to discuss their daily routine and the help they need. We will talk through what our home can provide for their particular situation and answer your questions about day-to-day support.
